Disclaimer
o By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
o The artwork may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
o I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
o By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.General
o I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
o Commissioned artworks are for personal use.
o Commercial use of the artwork will have an additional pricing and would be discussed between you, the client, and the artist (branding art, packaging art, podcast/album cover art, youtube thumbnail art, merch, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
o You, the client can post the artwork online provided they credit the artist (@charameldraws on facebook, twitter, tiktok and ig).
o The final artwork will be posted on my social media account and future portfolios. Please inform me if you wish to keep the artwork as private.
o All paid and sent commissions are final & non-refundable.
o I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason, and if I cannot complete the commission.
o You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.Commission Process
o Downpayment (50%) or full payment is required before I start on your commission and to secure a slot. The other half must be paid before I send the final artwork.
o I will send a sketch for your approval. Only 2 major revisions are allowed in the sketch process. Minor adjustments within reason can be made during the whole commission process including the final version (like color adjustments, details I've missed to put, and the like). Major revisions in the final version will require payment.
o A commissioned artwork could take 5 days to 3 weeks depending on my schedule.
o The final artwork will be sent via email or google drive link in png/jpeg format.Copyright
o I reserve the right to **sign and/or watermark my own work. **I will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google drive link), but my signature will remain on all versions of the artwork.
o In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.
